Users can cancel their recurring subscriptions at any time. Upon cancellation, the user will continue to have access to the premium tipster services until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied.

We do not offer refunds for the service unless the user can prove they have not received any product. If you have received the product and no longer wish to be a part of the subscription you can contact our customer support team through support@crown-jewels.co.uk and request a refund. We will cancel your subscription as per the date your request and can not retroactively cancel payments that were made prior to your sign up.
